Job summary

Frequentis USA Inc. is seeking a Marketing Communications professional to coordinate internal communications, events, and digital marketing efforts. You will support engagement with employees, sales teams, and leadership across multiple channels, including the company website and social campaigns.

This role requires strong writing, planning, and collaboration skills, with willingness to travel for events and conferences. A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Microsoft 365 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content and distribution for employee newsletters and Viva Engage communities.
• Establish and maintain marketing and internal communications processes for the internal home page.
• Support events, conferences, and visits to the DC Experience Center with logistics and follow-up.
