Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the resort’s food and beverage portfolio and signature activations. The role collaborates with marketing and operations to develop integrated campaigns, support creative programming, and raise awareness of Wynn’s culinary portfolio.

The ideal candidate is organized, a strong writer, and a collaborative communicator capable of turning ideas into memorable guest experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience managing sponsorship agreements, event partnerships and associated deliverables.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing plans (PR, email, web, social).
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume event calendar.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; adapt marketing collateral in multiple tones.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating media, influencer, VIP events preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination and execution of initiatives promoting dining experiences and resort activations.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, on-property advertising, and content production needs including photo/video shoots.
• Collaborate to create integrated marketing plans with earned media, social, and internal comms.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, sponsor partnerships and related approvals.
• Assist in tracking ROI, engagement and other campaign metrics.
• Identify market trends and assist with research, reporting, and presentations.
• Review marketing collateral and website copy for accuracy and alignment with objectives.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
