Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas seeks a talented graphic designer to join the Creative Services team, delivering visual experiences across Nightlife, Special Events, Hotel Sales and brand touchpoints. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate concepts into effective design.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, develop concepts for digital ads, print collateral, templates and presentations, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in hospitality or high-volume environment.
• Portfolio required showing typography and visual communication.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
• Understanding of print production and file preparation.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to execute visual solutions across print and digital media.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials (digital ads, print collateral, templates, presentations).
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity.
• Partner with external vendors and production teams to execute designs.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize with PM, meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies to improve skills.
• Ensure designs are accurate and high quality before delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
