Job summary

Centralize is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to bring marketing programs to life, owning event logistics from planning to execution. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to ensure conferences, dinners, and field events stand out and run smoothly.

The role emphasizes turning ideas into tangible experiences, with a strong focus on vendor management, timelines, and scalable processes as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in event marketing or related roles.
• Creative instincts and ability to make a brand stand out.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and resourcefulness to drive work forward.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams and partners.
• Experience coordinating conferences, trade shows, or B2B events is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own logistics for conferences, dinners, field events, and other marketing programs from planning through execution.
• Develop creative event experiences, from booth concepts to activations and swag.
• Identify vendors, options, timelines, and next steps independently.
• Manage registrations, venues, shipping, booth materials, and attendee lists.
• Build event timelines, workback plans, and checklists.
• Coordinate with Sales on attendance, lead capture, and follow-up.
• Oversee marketing vendors and ensure on-schedule deliverables.
• Coordinate production and inventory of swag and collateral.
• Maintain the events calendar and track deadlines and dependencies.
• Support customer marketing programs and scalable processes as the team grows.
