Job summary

Centralize is a relationship intelligence platform for enterprise revenue teams, replacing legacy CRMs to help close large deals. They are a fast-growing startup with $18M+ in funding, backed by NEA and Y Combinator, with a small, high-ownership culture.

Centralize seeks an energetic events professional to own logistics for conferences and field events, coordinate with vendors, and keep campaigns on schedule while improving repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in event marketing, field marketing, or coordination.
• High agency, ownership, and resourcefulness to drive work forward independently.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own logistics for conferences, dinners, field events, and marketing programs end to end.
• Create standout event experiences, manage vendors, and keep timelines and deliverables on track.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and help turn recurring work into scalable processes.
