This on-site role requires hands-on management of a high volume of company events, trade shows, and customer events, from planning through follow-up, including logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision, traveling as needed to ensure successful on-site execution of events

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, event management, project coordination, logistics, or a related role.
• Ability to independently manage projects from planning through execution with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute a high volume of events (trade shows, conferences, ribbon cuttings, lunches) from planning through follow-up.
• Own event logistics: schedules, registrations, vendors, materials, equipment, transportation, budgets, deadlines.
• Develop timelines, calendars, and project plans to move multiple initiatives forward.
• Coordinate with organizers, venues, vendors, customers, sales reps, and internal teams to meet all requirements.
• Travel as needed to execute events and ensure on-site success.
