Job summary

Lightspeed Systems is seeking an Events & Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. You will help drive our presence at industry events, manage registrations, and coordinate logistics to ensure show-readiness for the sales team. You will also support lead conversion efforts and CRM data hygiene to fuel the pipeline.

This role offers opportunities to collaborate across campaigns, coordinate with vendors, and travel occasionally for on-site events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in event coordination or marketing roles.
• Four-year degree required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to travel occasionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Manage event registration, booth space, sponsorships, and attendee sign-ups.
• Coordinate event logistics including travel and AV, shipping materials.
• Support lead capture, nurture campaigns, and CRM data hygiene.
• Assist general marketing tasks and keep CRM records accurate.
• Plan post-event follow-up and handoff to sales funnel.
