Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary.
• 2–4 years experience in venue management or event marketing in Marketing or Public Relations preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Strong business judgment, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Graphic design portfolio demonstrates strong visual sense.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated event marketing plans including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
• Manage all aspects of advertising and media campaigns.
• Prepare show settlement information for event advertising.
• Oversee digital campaigns across social media, websites, and newsletters.
• Coordinate promotions, sponsorships, and collaborations with partners.
