CEC is seeking a Marketing Events Specialist at its Irving, TX headquarters to plan and execute a variety of events, from conferences to webinars. This role requires strong project management, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple events within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience planning and managing events.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in B2B or B2C event marketing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, WordPress, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, webinars, and corporate events.
• Research, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers within budget.
• Collaborate with marketing to align event strategies with goals and drive attendance and ROI.
• Create and distribute marketing collateral and content for events (blog posts, social media, emails).
• Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning including site selection, registration, travel, setup, rentals, and staffing.
• Develop and manage event budgets and track success metrics (attendance, leads, ROI).
