Job summary

Cec Facilities Llc is seeking a Marketing Events Specialist to plan and execute a variety of events including conferences, trade shows, and webinars. You will work with sales, leaders, and creative teams to ensure events align with brand and goals.

The role requires strong project management, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple events within budget. This position may involve evenings and weekends based on schedules and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of organizing and managing successful events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Cloud, Microsoft suite, WordPress and Canva.
• Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in B2B or B2C event marketing.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tactics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, webinars, and corporate events.
• Research, negotiate, and manage relationships with event venues, vendors, and suppliers within budget.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align event strategies with broader marketing and sales goals.
• Develop event marketing plans to drive attendance, engagement, and post-event follow-up.
• Create and distribute marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, newsletters, and proposals.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning: site selection, registration, travel, setup, rentals, staffing.
• Develop content for event-related materials: promotional content, landing pages, emails, presentations.
• Maintain brand consistency across events and communications.
