Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant work experience in event planning, event marketing, program or project management, marketing communications or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of event planning and execution for hosted events, trade shows, conferences, seminars, workshops, Area Sales Manager (ASM) events.
• Plan and execute virtual events and product launches and demonstrations.
• Coordinate exhibit logistics, booth setup, shipping, installation and dismantling activities.
• Create event plans, timelines and briefs to align stakeholders and track deliverables.
• Create and maintain event records within CRM platforms, including registration details, sessions, attendee data, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Prepare packing lists, manage event shipments and inventory of booth assets.
• Travel to key industry events approximately 4-5 times annually.
