Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of event planning and execution for hosted events and trade shows.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Handle on-site logistics, registrations, and attendee communications.
• Plan virtual events including Webex setups and promotions.
• Develop event materials, branding, and CRM data entry.
• Track event ROI and post-event reporting.
• Travel 4-5 times per year.
