OMICRON electronics Corp. USA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support calendars, events, and campaigns. The role involves travel planning, inventory control for trade shows, and close collaboration with inter-office teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in marketing coordination or admin work, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative mindset with a willingness to travel 2–3 times per year.

Qualifications

• One to three years of relevant work experience in marketing coordination or administrative work.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience coordinating travel, events, and marketing materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support marketing calendars with events, campaigns, deadlines, and milestones.
• Monitor OMICRON Academy schedule and integrate marketing activities and promotional timelines.
• Maintain team availability calendars and coordinate backup coverage.
• Coordinate travel and hotel accommodations for industry events and meetings.
• Manage marketing asset inventory and vendor coordination in partnerships with the Toronto office.
• Prepare shipping documentation and manage shipments for trade shows and events.
• Track marketing expenses and maintain purchasing records and budgets.
