Job summary

OMICRON electronics Corp. USA in Houston seeks a Marketing Administrator to support NA region operations, manage calendars, coordinate travel, and oversee inventory for trade shows and promotional materials.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare shipping docs, monitor budgets, and provide dashboards and reports to leadership while traveling 2–3 times a year. This role requires 1–3 years in marketing coordination, a high school diploma and a Bachelor's in business/marketing,

Qualifications

• One to three years of marketing coordination or administrative experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar field.
• Excellent MS Office and calendar management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support marketing calendars, events, deadlines.
• Monitor Academy schedule and align marketing activities.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and calendar reminders.
• Manage inventory of marketing assets and warehouse operations.
• Prepare shipping documentation and track shipments.
