Job summary

Family Violence Project seeks a full-time Marketing & Events Coordinator to support marketing, communications, and fundraising events. Working under the Development & Community Engagement Director, you will design print and digital materials, manage website content, and coordinate email marketing, social media, and event promotions.

The role requires at least one year of event-planning experience and content creation for social media, email, and websites.

Qualifications

• At least one year of demonstrated experience planning and coordinating events.
• At least one year of experience creating marketing and communications content for social media, email, and websites.
• Professional-level graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe products; ability to create original materials without AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and write print and digital materials for events and campaigns.
• Coordinate event promotions, sponsorships, guest communications, and day-of operations.
• Maintain website content and support email marketing, media outreach, and social media scheduling.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising activities including donor databases and acknowledgments.
