THE BATTLE STANDARD LLC is seeking an Event and Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute engaging events. You will coordinate with marketing, set up and tear down events, and manage social media efforts. This part-time role has potential to grow into a salaried full-time position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of event planning experience.
• Ability to take initiative on projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and the marketing staff to plan events.
• Coordinate the event logistics.
• Management of Marketing and Social Media Staff.
• Data entry for the businesses online calendar.
• Create and edit advertisements and online.
• Outbound calling to seek event opportunities.
• Fielding inbound requests for events from customers and employees.
• Report to management and ownership regarding events, including recommended improvements.
• Social media engagement and posts.
