Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and serve as first point of contact for the facility/department.
• Respond to phone calls, route inquiries, and schedule appointments with sales advisor.
• Maintain department files and enter new leads into CRM; manage waitlist and reservations.
• Plan and coordinate prospecting events, meetings, and communications with stakeholders.
• Prepare marketing reports (daily resident, board, market analyses) and prepare letters/mailings.
• Update social media with Warwick Forest lifestyle content to generate leads.
