Job description

EasyDMARC is an all-in-one Email Security solution for securing an organization's domain and email infrastructure. Our solution is designed to prevent companies from data leakage, protect them from financial loss, and counter email phishing attacks.

We are now actively seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Marketing to join our rapidly growing team, who will play a crucial role in growing our business with enterprise accounts in our core Tier 1 markets and will rapidly report to the Vice President of Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

Enterprise Marketing Planning and Budget

  • Manage the enterprise marketing plan
  • Actively target new industries and execute tactics to enter those new markets
  • Target a key account list through ABM in selected industries
  • Upsell products and services through existing enterprise accounts
  • Ensure programs are executed in line with agreed annual budgets
  • Work with supporting agencies and stakeholders to deliver on the plan
  • Work with the Channel team on targeting across key accounts
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key cybersecurity industry figures, associations, influencers, and thought leaders to drive brand credibility, strategic collaborations, and organic awareness
  • Present plan internally and elements of strategy externally, as required

Demand generation

  • Own the lead and pipeline funnel supporting sales organizations' targets
  • Deliver industry-integrated campaigns supporting our Tier 1 markets with a supporting RACI to ensure programs are delivered in line with quarterly targets
  • Work alongside the SDR team to ensure content is developed for moving deals through the funnel
  • Interlock with Product Management to deliver new innovations to new and existing customers
  • Trial focussed campaigns in TIER 1/2 markets for broader delivery in TIER 1 markets

Digital Programs

  • Execute digital marketing programs, including webinars, content syndication, and targeted social media campaigns to hit agreed MQL and pipeline targets to support sales
  • Identify key associations in Tier markets 1, leveraging existing partner relations, as required
  • Identify, plan and execute events in Tier 1 markets to elevate the brand and hit agreed MQL targets
  • Plan City Meet-Ups and User Summits leveraging the EasyDMARC community
  • Work with a wider marketing team to drive a consistent theme

Data Management

  • Ensure new and existing customer, prospect, and suspect data is acquired, and work with the marketing team to deliver digital campaigns to key stakeholders across target markets
Required Qualifications
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience managing enterprise marketing programs in the cyber security, email security of high tech sector
  • International experience an advantage, particularly in North America, UK&I, Middle-East, Western Europe, and Australasia
  • Strong and persuasive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with prior experience working tightly with Sales and SDR teams
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • 10+ years managing an enterprise marketing function
  • Proven team management & leadership skills in the global cybersecurity industry
  • Membership of relevant professional and industry bodies an advantage
