Job summary

Think Academy Bellevue is seeking a Marketing & Enrollment Specialist to drive local outreach, manage inquiries, and support enrollment through events and CRM campaigns. This in-person role requires strong communication, organization, and weekend availability to engage families and schools.

You will lead generation activities, coordinate with teachers and advisors, conduct outreach at community events, and convert qualified leads into enrollments while maintaining CRM data and reporting on

Responsibilities

• Participate in local community events, school events, and marketing campaigns.
• Represent Think Academy professionally at booths and outreach activities.
• Introduce our programs to both Mandarin-speaking and non-Mandarin-speaking families.
• Distribute promotional materials and answer basic questions from parents.
• Explore new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and community resources.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Lead generation: proactively engage with prospective families and collect qualified leads.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, texts, and emails.
• Schedule placement tests, consultations, and trial classes.
• Maintain accurate lead records and improve conversion rates.
• Email & CRM operations: conduct outreach campaigns and manage CRM data.
• Track enrollment progress and communicate with prospective families.

Job type: Full Time (30 - 40 hours per week)

Pay Range: $22/hr + conversion bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Community Marketing
  • Participate in local community events, school events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Represent Think Academy professionally at booths and outreach activities.
  • Introduce our programs to both Chinese-speaking and non-Chinese-speaking families.
  • Distribute promotional materials and answer basic questions from parents.
• Market Exploration
  • Explore new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and community resources.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor information.
  • Support campus marketing initiatives and promotional projects.
• Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Proactively engage with prospective families and collect qualified leads.
  • Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Schedule placement tests, consultations, and trial classes.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and improve conversion rates.
• Email & CRM Operations
  • Conduct email outreach campaigns.
  • Manage customer information in CRM systems.
  • Track enrollment progress and maintain communication with prospective families.
• Parent Follow-up
  • Follow up after diagnostic assessments or trial classes.
  • Recommend appropriate courses based on student needs.
  • Coordinate with academic advisors and teachers to complete the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience attending events, exhibitions, or promotional activities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or email marketing tools is a plus.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is strongly preferred.
