Job summary

ANDMORE is seeking a Program Manager - Marketing Enablement to lead the successful delivery and adoption of technology initiatives across Marketing operations. You will optimize platforms, streamline campaigns, and enable data-driven decisions that enhance customer acquisition, retention and engagement.

This role partners with Marketing, Brand and Communications to deliver scalable solutions that accelerate growth and maximize business value, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives or large cross-functional programs.
• Experience delivering marketing technology initiatives that improve campaign performance and growth, with HubSpot/Cvent/Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of programs related to customer relationship management and MarTech tools.
• Define scope, goals, requirements, success measures, and outcomes with business leaders.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Translate business needs into requirements for technology partners and ensure alignment with standards.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and change requests with leadership visibility.
• Coordinate training, adoption efforts, and change management for new tools and processes.
• Track performance measures and adoption to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide timely program updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
