Job summary

PNC is seeking an Associate Marketing Enablement Lead to join its Marketing organization and be based in a Marketing Hub location. The role focuses on building marketing messaging with Pega CDH and coordinating across Product, Marketing, and Technology to deploy new creatives.

The position involves interpreting business requirements, providing consultation, and ensuring quality control of marketing logic while coordinating multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer decisioning software such as Pega CDH.
• Certification in Pega Decisioning is preferred.
• Proficiency in HTML coding and SQL.
• Understanding of QA, testing, and production environments.
• Interest in Marketing Technology and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enable marketing by coordinating planning, execution, and governance across marketing areas.
• Develop logic within Pega to create targeted campaigns based on requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology for smooth deployments.
• Perform quality checks on developed logic and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate across business and technology teams to meet deadlines.
• Mentor lower level analysts and manage multiple projects.
