Job summary

TransPerfect Legal's Marketing & Communications team seeks a full-time Marketing Lead, Operations and Enablement based in Raleigh. This role independently runs the day-to-day marketing engine, partnering with senior stakeholders, and owning the enablement function over time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, sales enablement, and/or campaign and program execution.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Sales and Product stakeholders to identify enablement needs and shape the roadmap.
• Own end-to-end delivery of core sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, email sequences).
• Maintain enablement governance and content repository with version control and refresh cadence.
• Coordinate marketing execution for audience engagement programs, managing timelines and approvals.
• Draft and refine first-pass copy for engagement assets with SMEs, ensuring brand consistency.
• Own day-to-day operating cadence for Marketing, including intake, prioritization, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
