PNC is seeking an Associate Marketing Enablement Lead to join the Marketing organization. Based in a PNC Marketing Hub location, you will help operationalize the NBA Decisioning engine to drive real-time customer engagement across channels.

The role emphasizes coordinating across teams, prioritizing new work requests, and communicating decisions. A mix of project management skills, curiosity, and problem-solving is essential for success.

Qualifications

• University degree and 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience; certifications often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of marketing enablement, processes, governance and activation.

Responsibilities

• Enables coordinated planning, execution, and oversight across defined functional areas to support marketing objectives.
• Drives marketing enablement by identifying bottlenecks and improving processes, tools, and workflows.
• Ensures workflows and tools align with business requirements and risk management frameworks.
• Executes complex marketing initiatives across channels with a focus on quality, efficiency and risk.
• Acts as a cross-functional resource for decision support and continuous improvement in marketing delivery.
• Supports Marketing Owners in managing marketing technology platforms and coordination with Product Owners.
