Freshwater Curated Goods in downtown Augusta, GA is seeking a Production Assistant for our hands-on, all-women production crew. You’ll finish products, assemble items, and help pack and ship to wholesale partners and online customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily product finishing (assembling keychains, pet tags, bag charms, jewelry, packaging apparel, etc.).
• Tag, clean, organize, and package all Freshwater products.
• Pack and ship wholesale and online retail orders with care and attention to presentation.
• Monitor and restock supply inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized production space (sweeping, trash, tool cleaning, etc.).

Description: Freshwater Curated Goods is a small batch manufacturer and creative studio crafting over 200 handmade, coastal-inspired products. From personalized bag charms and keychains to jewelry and apparel, our growing team produces goods for our downtown storefront, online shop, and over 2,000 wholesale retail partners across the country. We’re looking for a Production Assistant to join our vibrant, all-women production crew in our Downtown Augusta, GA facility. This role is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and perfect for someone who loves creative, behind‑the‑scenes work and wants to be part of a fast‑paced and growing small business. Whether you're interested in arts, manufacturing, or entrepreneurship, this is a great opportunity to learn how a product‑based business runs from the inside out. Location: In-person in downtown Augusta, GA Schedule: Monday–Friday | timing to be discussed in interview | Full‑time, 40 hours/week Pay: $14‑$15/hour
