2Modern, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Director to lead our marketing engine across consumer and trade segments. You will own performance across paid, email and SMS, on-site, and ensure every dollar earns its keep.

This hands-on leadership role requires setting strategy, guiding a small team, and driving profitable growth for both consumer and trade channels. Your first priorities are profitable performance marketing, building a clear, well-run team, and growing the trade business while

Qualificações

• 7+ years in ecommerce marketing.
• 3+ years leading performance marketing and budgets.
• Experience marketing to B2B or trade audiences.
• Strong partnership with finance on forecasting and margins.
• Comfort with data and creative-driven testing.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing budgets and channels across Google, Meta, affiliates, and more.
• Build marketing for our trade program and B2B growth.
• Own the marketing budget, vendor contracts, and renewals.
• Bring creative and performance together via testing and briefs.
• Lead email, SMS, and lifecycle for consumer and trade audiences.
• Own promotions with merchandising within margin guardrails.
• Oversee organic social and reviews (Instagram, Pinterest, Trustpilot).
• Run affiliates end-to-end: performance, editorial, publishers.
• Partner with finance and data teams for cross-channel measurement.
• Plan go-to-market and marketing calendar from launches to seasonal moments.
• Lead and grow the marketing team and external partners.
