Job summary

Vitaline is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead physician-facing communications and reputation initiatives within healthcare settings. You will own the strategy, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and drive a first-of-its-kind marketing function from the ground up.

You will report to the COO and work closely with the President/CEO, shaping messaging across conferences, journals, and earned media while managing an outsourced marketing partner.

Qualifications

• Experience in PR, communications, or reputation management in healthcare.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory landscapes (CMS, Medicaid, post-acute).
• Proven track record shaping brand perception with professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute strategy to rebuild credibility with physicians and medical directors.
• Translate upcoming efficacy study into physician-facing communications strategy.
• Develop relationships with healthcare trade press and clinical media; position leadership as thought leaders.
• Collaborate with Business Development on collateral, talking points, and objection handling.
• Create Vitaline's first strategic marketing plan with priorities, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Oversee outsourced marketing consultant firm and digital campaigns.
• Establish a consultative messaging framework for physician interactions and regulators.
• Extend reputation-building work to state surveyors and auditors.
