Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the Systems & Process Group marketing efforts. You will manage a marketing team, develop budgets and strategies, and align plans with business goals to build brand awareness and drive growth.

You’ll interact with senior leaders, leverage CRM and marketing automation, and guide digital content and campaigns across brands. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven results, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing management or communications and managing a team.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee marketing budgets, plans, and strategies.
• Oversee remote marketing team located at S&P facilities.
• Conduct meetings to review workload, resolve challenges, and train the team.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and lead generation for direct and distributed products.
• Lead end-to-end marketing projects from start to finish.
• Develop internal communications and reports on best practices and collaboration.
• Guide digital content strategy for websites, blogs, SEO, PPC, and social media.
• Manage market research across brands to inform product development and positioning.
• Lead new product introductions and aftermarket marketing campaigns.
