Othello Post Acute is seeking a driven Marketing Director to grow census and forge lasting partnerships in the community. You will connect with discharge planners, case managers, and physicians, lead tours, and develop comprehensive marketing plans to showcase the facility's strengths.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic promotions, and data-driven adjustments to meet census targets, with competitive hourly pay and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Marketing or healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
• Ability to move throughout the workday, sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to pass an annual TB screening and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and physicians to drive referrals.
• Lead tours for prospective patients, families, and responsible parties, showcasing facility strengths.
• Develop and execute short and long-range marketing plans to grow census and expand services.
• Research healthcare trends and local demographics to spot opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
• Oversee advertising and promotional efforts across print, digital, and direct mail.
• Partner with writers and designers on marketing materials from concept to final product.
• Track and report marketing results, adjusting strategy to hit census and market-share goals.
• Conduct market research on new concepts and services.
