Build and maintain strong relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and physicians to drive placement referrals
Lead tours for prospective patients, families, and responsible parties, showcasing what makes our facility special
Develop and execute short and long-range marketing plans to grow census and expand our services
Research healthcare trends and local demographics to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
Oversee advertising and promotional efforts across print, digital, and direct mail
Partner with writers and designers on marketing materials, from concept to final product
Track and report on marketing results, adjusting strategy to hit census and market-share goals
Conduct market research on new concepts and services
Competitive pay: $24–$26/hour

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Marketing, healthcare, or related experience (healthcare/skilled nursing marketing background a plus)
Ability to move throughout the workday, sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
Ability to pass an annual TB screening and physical exam
Comfort working in a skilled nursing environment, including occasional exposure to emergency situations and sensitive family circumstances
