You’ll serve as the organization’s primary liaison to hospitals, strengthening referral partnerships while identifying opportunities to increase admissions and market presence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or liaison services.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Home Health, Hospice, or another post-acute setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-starter who enjoys networking and spending time in the field.
