Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services’ Nashua Post Acute and Healthcare Center is seeking a Community Marketing Director to lead outreach, partnerships, and census growth. You will build relationships with community organizations, plan events, analyze referral trends, and collaborate with the Admissions Director to drive admissions while maintaining compliant, compassionate branding across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Admissions, Business Development, or a related healthcare marketing role within long‑term care or a similar setting.
• College degree preferred.
• Sales experience in healthcare services, products, or pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with long‑term care and/or healthcare services highly beneficial.
• Previous healthcare community relations experience preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency, self‑motivation, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours due to marketing and admissions responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with community organizations and partners to generate referrals and admissions growth.
• Represent the facility at community events and outreach opportunities as an ambassador of services and values.
• Plan, facilitate, and execute targeted community events to strengthen referral networks.
• Analyze referral and admission trends to develop weekly outreach plans and monthly goals.
• Lead monthly support groups aligned with facility specialty programs to educate the community.
• Draft and execute a comprehensive monthly community marketing and business plan with Admissions Director.
• Identify and coordinate advertising opportunities to enhance visibility of services.
• Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence to strengthen professional referral networks.
• Meet and exceed census goals through partnerships with assisted living, home care, and other sources.
• Participate in health fairs, job fairs, trade shows, and local associations.
