• 15+ years of direct AEC experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Studio MOD and Practice leadership to create a responsive, innovative, competitive strategic marketing program.
• Oversee the marketing budget, resources, and staff with an emphasis on developing a marketing culture that supports staff growth and retention, business promotion, sales value, and effective networking.
• Work closely with Pursuit Champions and Practice Leaders to determine market strategy on proposals and presentations; Be hands-on in planning, strategy, and outcome of proposals.
• Directs the strategy and development of content tailored to RFQ and RFP responses, overseeing the project pursuit process and schedule to ensure deadlines.
• Maintains and provides support to staff on marketing information systems, including HUB Pipeline, Pipeline Health, and reports.
• Develop comprehensive research for marketing and business development activities with Practice Leaders.
• Oversee the development and distribution of collateral marketing materials.
• Direct social media and public relations initiatives to maximize external brand identity in alignment with studio culture.
• Oversees marketing metrics including sales reports for marketing and competitor analysis.
• Track leads and responses and communicate key follow-up items to leadership.
• Engage with industry groups (AIA, SMPS, CoreNet) to cultivate relationships for client work.
• Maintain knowledge of Trends and developments in Practices and Markets for studio.
