University Health System is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead branding and consumer marketing initiatives. The role involves partnering with physician leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and expand market share for key service lines.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and substantial healthcare marketing experience, including digital advertising, CRM, and social media. Backend analytics and ROI reporting are part of the remit.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Significant experience in marketing initiatives, preferably healthcare.
• Experience in business development, market research, marketing planning, traditional and digital advertising, CRM systems, and social media.

Responsabilidades

• Leads development of branding and consumer marketing strategies for University Health System.
• Conducts market research and collaborates with clinicians, business development, finance, operations, and executives to grow brand and market share.
• Creates, implements and evaluates marketing plans; develops monthly reports on consumer metrics and ROI.
