Job summary

Creekside Health & Rehab in Sarasota seeks a Marketing Director to craft and execute bold marketing strategies, build strong community partnerships, and boost patient census with passion and professionalism. You’ll own marketing plans, develop physician and facility partnerships, drive admissions from hospital and home settings, and maintain accurate admissions documentation while representing our brand in the community.

You’ll lead innovative training and continuously sharpen marketing tactics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years marketing management experience in healthcare.
• Proven success as a Marketing Director in Skilled Nursing.
• Travel locally about 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out dynamic marketing plans that spotlight our facility and services
• Forge and nurture strategic relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospice, and Home Care partners
• Drive admissions by ensuring smooth, informed transitions from home, hospital, or other facilities
• Manage all aspects of the admission documentation process with precision and care
• Be the face of our brand in the community, creating trust and lasting connections
