Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. You’ll apply and extend established brand systems across social, digital, print, and events, ensuring consistency and high quality with minimal supervision.

You’ll collaborate with Creative Director and stakeholders to deliver on-brand campaigns, web experiences, and assets for B2B, healthcare, and education markets, with remote opportunities for qualified US candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field; equivalent practical experience.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience, in‑house, agency, or B2B/SaaS/healthcare.
• Portfolio demonstrates typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand application.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma or similar tools.
• Experience delivering production‑ready files across web, digital ads, social, email, and presentations.
• Strong communication and ability to rece ive feedback and iterate.
• Experience with B2B software, healthcare, education, or regulated environments.
• Experience with presentation design, motion graphics, or basic video editing.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams and using shared templates.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across marketing materials.
• Design marketing assets: digital ads, social content, email, presentations, case studies, and event materials.
• Build and maintain brand and campaign templates for recurring use.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with strong UX fundamentals.
• Produce digital ad creative and adapt variants for A/B testing and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Take projects from brief to final production with independence and strong project management.
• Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Marketing Ops; participate in reviews.
