Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of client entertainment and events, e.g., logistics, production, materials, and day-of-event tasks and activities.
• Update the firm's website and intranet content as needed, and assist in email marketing campaigns and social media posting.
• Design and produce collateral, brochures, advertisements, and other materials for print or digital production.
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures.

Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking a Marketing & Design Assistant to join our busy Marketing and Business Development team, resident in the Buffalo office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support across our marketing and design functions and helping to execute tasks, events, and campaigns developed by our marketing leadership. You will work closely with the team to handle day-to-day execution of marketing tasks and projects.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks associated with the team's strategies and initiatives.
• Facilitate communications between the marketing team and other departments.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred, with two years’ experience working in a marketing support capacity.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position in Buffalo is $49,237.50 to $60,450. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
