Job summary

Hodgson Russ LLP in Buffalo is seeking a Marketing & Design Assistant to support our Marketing and Business Development team. You will assist in executing campaigns, events, and daily marketing tasks across channels and design collateral for print and digital media.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications and has about two years of marketing support experience, with strong written and verbal communication and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred.
• Two years of experience in marketing support is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks associated with the team's strategies and initiatives.
• Facilitate communications between the marketing team and other departments.
• Actively collect, input, and maintain the incoming marketing requests in the project management software.
• Assist in the coordination of client entertainment and events, e.g., logistics, production, materials, and day-of-event tasks and activities.
• Update the firm's website and intranet content as needed, and assist in email marketing campaigns and social media posting.
• Design and produce collateral, brochures, advertisements, and other materials for print or digital production.
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures.
