Job description

The Marketing Database and Lead Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective handling of marketing leads and managing projects related to lead generation, qualification, enrichment, and conversion. This role ensures marketing leads are processed correctly, converted to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and ultimately added to the sales funnel to drive revenue.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Operations, is part of the Digital Marketing team, and will be fully remote, based in India.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Ensure the effective handling and timely processing of marketing leads globally, following standardized procedures for lead collection, handling, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies and optimize lead enrichment and conversion processes to meet desired conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lead and account collection and handling to ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
  • Maintain and improve customer database hygiene to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work with data teams to optimize CRM workflows and data management practices, ensuring seamless automation, integration, and data capture.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in lead management and customer data governance, with expertise in lead handling, data integrity, and lead management optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and document processes and SOPs, and to train key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Working with MS CRM Dynamics and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong process orientation, problem-solving skills, and a firm commitment to quality.
