You will own marketing operations tasks, ensure data accuracy, and optimize for campaigns and sales enablement. The role blends hands-on data management with testing new tools to improve efficiency.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Engagement Strategy - ACE and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT to strengthen data integrity and drive strategic insights.

As a Marketing Database Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind building and maintaining the best contact database in the crop protection industry. You'll own the marketing operations tasks that keep our database accurate, current, and optimized to power effective campaigns and sales enablement. This role blends hands‑on data management with a test‑and‑learn mindset; you'll identify and implement new tools and technologies that make our marketing operations smarter and more efficient over time. As a seasoned professional, you'll also bring best practices and process discipline that elevate how the team manages data. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Engagement Strategy - ACE.
