Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Marketing Manager – Client Data & Insights to lead the Client Data & Insights team and advance how the firm understands and serves its clients. You will govern Deltek Vantagepoint CRM, drive data quality, and oversee dashboards and reporting to inform marketing and client strategies.

In this hybrid/remote-capable role, you will guide data governance, implement automation and AI-enabled solutions, and mentor analysts to build scalable data services.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in CRM/marketing ops or BI.
• Experience leading Deltek Vantagepoint CRM, including governance and reporting.
• Strong experience overseeing Power BI dashboards and data quality.
• Experience managing client feedback, Voice of the Customer, or client experience programs.
• Experience automating workflows and AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business owner for Deltek Vantagepoint CRM functionality, data structures, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year Vantagepoint CRM roadmap aligned with SWCA’s growth and objectives.
• Prioritize CRM enhancements, integrations, automation opportunities, upgrades, and UX improvements.
• Monitor CRM adoption, lead stakeholder engagement, user training, and change management.
• Lead Power BI reporting for sales, pipeline, client intelligence, and growth insights.
• Expand reporting capabilities toward predictive analytics.
• Lead client feedback program, survey deployment, and closed-loop follow-ups.
• Integrate client feedback with CRM, business performance, and relationships.
• Pilot AI-enabled data enrichment, cleansing, and automation.
