Job summary

Matrix Service Company seeks a Sr. Marketing Data Analyst to transform CRM, marketing, and business development data into actionable insights.

You will own and administer the CRM system, driving enhancements, reporting, dashboards, and data governance. This role also analyzes data across the marketing tech ecosystem (HubSpot, Google Analytics, digital advertising, SEO, email, social) and partners with Business Development, Marketing, IT, and leadership to turn data into revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, CRM administration, or related data-driven marketing role.
• Proficiency with HubSpot including reporting, workflows, properties, lists, lead scoring, and marketing automation data.
• Experience with Google Analytics, website analytics, digital campaign reporting, SEO, paid media, and customer journey tracking.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI and DAX; familiarity with Tableau or Looker Studio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business owner and primary administrator for the Company's CRM system, including enhancements, reporting, dashboards, workflows, data integrity, and access control.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations tracked by KPIs for leadership and teams.
• Analyze performance across marketing channels (CRM, HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media, email marketing) and determine ROI and attribution.
• Lead CRM optimization efforts, collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Build lead scoring models in HubSpot using firmographic, demographic, behavioral, and engagement data.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/ad hoc executive reports and support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
