Job summary

Matrix Service Company is seeking a Sr. Marketing Data Analyst to own the CRM (HubSpot) and transform CRM, marketing, and business development data into actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

You will build dashboards, scorecards, and reports, and partner with Marketing, IT, and leadership to optimize campaigns and data governance. The role requires 5+ years in marketing analytics or CRM leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, BI, IS, Data Science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, CRM administration or BI.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, dashboards, reports, workflows, and data integrity.
• Proficiency withHubSpot reporting, workflows, properties, lists, lead scoring, and automation data.
• Experience with Google Analytics, website analytics, paid media and SEO reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the company CRM system (HubSpot) including enhancements, dashboards, reporting, workflows, permissions, and access.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to communicate performance to leadership.
• Analyze data across marketing channels and CRM to inform revenue growth and campaign strategy.
• Lead data integration between CRM and marketing tools for a complete customer view.
• Build lead scoring models and define marketing- and sales-qualified leads.
