Ex in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Data Engineering Lead to drive data & marketing platforms. You will own end-to-end delivery of the data platform, guide architecture decisions, and mentor a team of data engineers and specialists.

The role focuses on Azure, Databricks, data modeling, and governance, partnering with business stakeholders and ensuring scalable, secure cloud solutions across marketing analytics and activation use cases.

Competenze

10+ years in Data Engineering, Data Modeling and Architecture.
Experience with Azure and Databricks.
Strong knowledge of Marketing Data concepts (Account, Lead, Customer, Prospect, etc.).
Leadership of 5-8+ data engineers and architects.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end delivery of Marketing Data platform initiatives from intake to deployment.
Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into delivery plans.
Manage risks, dependencies and timelines across teams.
Maintain project artifacts: RAID logs, requirements, release plans, handoffs.
Drive sprint planning, backlogs, ceremonies and issue resolution.
Ensure scalable, secure, well-documented solutions aligned with governance standards.
Provide technical leadership across cloud data platforms, data modeling, pipelines, and integrations.
