Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, CRM administration, data analysis, marketing operations, or a related data-driven marketing role.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, including configuration of views, dashboards, reports, workflows, data structures, data integrity processes, and external reporting tools.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, including reporting, workflows, properties, lists, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and marketing automation data.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the Company’s CRM system, including reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
• Analyze data across marketing tech stack to measure engagement and campaign performance.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards communicating KPIs to leadership.
• Lead CRM optimization and data governance across subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, IT to identify CRM needs and implement solutions.
