Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC in Salt Lake City seeks a Director of Marketing Data & Analytics to own end-to-end marketing data infrastructure, attribution, and executive dashboards.

You will design and build the data stack across web analytics, call tracking, and CRM, partnering with Inside Sales and the CMO. The role requires 8+ years in analytics, 3+ years leading teams, expert SQL, Snowflake/BigQuery, dbt, Tableau or Looker, GA4, and practical attribution experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics or data roles, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Expert SQL and fluency with a modern data stack.
• Deep digital marketing measurement, GA4, ad platforms, and offline conversions.
• Experience building and leading analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing data infrastructure and attribution.
• Lead forecasting models and executive dashboards.
• Partner with CMO and Inside Sales to align measurement.
• Manage budget and vendor relationships for data tooling.
