Job summary

The Twenty Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians in Coachella, CA seeks a Marketing Database Analyst to support database maintenance, direct mail/email operations, and analytics for campaigns and events. You will develop detailed analytics showing how campaigns affect our customer database and help deliver the Five Star Experience.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with SQL Server, Excel and marketing data tools, a disciplined approach to data integrity, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of database analysis experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in math, computer science, business or related field preferred.
• Extensive experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Office suite applications, including Excel.
• Ability to interpret documents such as rules and regulations, instructions and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, reports and audits on direct mail and promotional setup to ensure accuracy.
• Develops detailed analytics for offer-based, event-based, and promotion-based casino marketing initiatives.
• Utilize, develop, and maintain the Player Tracking Database.
• Analyze data sources using SQL and relational/multi-dimensional databases; ensure data integrity across sources.
