Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Database Marketing Specialist to join the Database Analytics team. The role will assist with the collection and analysis of player data, data entry, tracking, offer set-up, and generating reports.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely campaigns, contribute to player research, and maintain strict confidentiality while supporting evening, weekend, and holiday operations as required.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Guest service oriented.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Direct Marketing operational experience preferred.
• Casino experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Aristocrat gaming systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera hotel systems preferred.
• Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
• Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
• Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.

• Set up offers in patron management systems and ensure accuracy.
• Track direct mail process.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate campaigns.
