Datum Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing and business development across all offices in Dallas.

You will coordinate RFQ responses, update marketing materials, curate project and people data, and support events while maintaining brand standards. This early-career role works with the Marketing Manager, Business Development Directors and technical staff, with potential growth into owning content and projects within the AEC industry.

Formación

• 1–3 years of professional marketing, communications, proposal or design experience.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines using established processes and to request information from technical professionals.
• Aptitude for digital asset management, including tagging and metadata practices.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, business or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate RFQ responses, proposals, qualifications and interview deliverables.
• Gather project information, resumes, references, forms and materials from staff and Directors.
• Assist with writing, editing, formatting, proofreading and production.
• Update resumes, project descriptions, brochures and templates.
• Maintain proposal calendars, deadlines and submission requirements.
• Develop and publish project highlights, employee features and recruiting content.
• Post approved content for social media, website and newsletters.
• Maintain OpenAsset data accuracy for projects and people.
