Job summary

Vannoy Construction, a premier general contractor in the Southeast, is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. You will lead end-to-end proposal processes, develop persuasive content, and manage marketing assets to support business development and client engagements.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in AE/C marketing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and strong organizational skills. This full-time position emphasizes collaboration, brand integrity, and data-driven marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a marketing professional in the A/E/C industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal process (RFPs/RFQs/SOQs) from kickoff to on-time submission.
• Write, edit, and format persuasive project content and resumes.
• Coordinate with technical teams and project managers to gather data and ensure client requirements.
• Create branded collateral and client-facing presentation decks.
