Vannoy Construction is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support business development and marketing efforts in Charlotte, NC. This role leads the end-to-end proposal process, creates visual collateral, and manages marketing data across internal systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a marketing professional in the A/E/C industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with information management systems such as Unanet/Cosential, Deltek Vision, or a comparable system is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management under tight deadlines, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As part of the marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will support business development and marketing efforts by leading the end-to-end proposal process, creating visual collateral, and managing marketing database . They will also manage brand image, update marketing collateral, and perform additional marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Core RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full lifecycle of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from kickoff to final on-time submission.
• Write, edit, and format persuasive content, project descriptions, team resumes, and boilerplate materials.
• Coordinate with technical teams and project managers to gather project data and ensure strict compliance with client requirements.
• Key attributes include maintaining compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements while developing accurate, creative content and graphics that convey winning themes.
• Maintain and update internal template libraries, case studies, and photography archives.
• Produce branded project summaries, subcontractor outreach materials, and client-facing presentation decks for project interviews.

Digital Marketing & Communications:

• Design high-quality marketing graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, and interview displays using corporate brand standards.
• Manage social media accounts and website content to highlight active jobsites and field milestones.
• Update and maintain the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Cosential/Unanet) to track leads and pursuits.
• Update and maintain inventory of proposal resources, photos, and graphics.
• Support the redevelopment of the website and creation of electronic marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a marketing professional in the A/E/C industry
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with information management systems such as Unanet/Cosential, Deltek Vision, or a comparable system is preferred.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management under tight deadlines, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
